Glazed Peaches with Ice Cream & Walnuts
This dessert is easy to make and tastes great! Watching the ice cream glide over the glazed peaches entices your tastebuds. If you want to keep it silky and smooth, do not add the walnuts. If you want to experience contrasting textures, go for the toasted walnuts. Either way, you are in for a sweet and refreshing treat.

Omnipan – Small and Medium
Preheat the oven to 350°F/177°C.
Mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and salt (if using) in the small Omnipan.
Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
Slather the sweet butter on the cut side of the peaches. Place the peaches in the medium Omnipan with the buttered side facing up. Place the medium Omnipan without the lid in the preheated oven.
Place the walnut pieces in another small Omnipan and bake in the oven for 10 minutes, making sure the walnuts are toasted and not burned.
Bake the peaches for 15 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Serve with any ice cream, gelato, or sorbet of your choice, as long as it does not overpower the fruit's delicate flavor.
Drizzle caramel sauce on top to make the dessert more decadent.
You can also serve this dessert with chopped candied walnuts or almonds.
